At Seven Angels Studios, every piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Because many of our items are handmade and unique, our refund policy is designed to be fair while honoring the time and artistry behind each creation.


Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 10 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Art and/or jewelry must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Commissioned artwork

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to improper care or normal wear

Because our jewelry and art are handcrafted, slight variations are not considered defects.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
